That's exactly the experience I had the first time I visited Honest Coffee Roasters in Franklin, Tennessee. And every time I've visited since. When the dream of Red Eye Bistro was first becoming a reality, I knew I had to somehow work with Honest. Honest's notes: brown sugar, sweet tea, toffee
My notes: sweet tea with lemon, brown sugar, molasses, black currant

Dual Axes has a delightful, natural sweetness I found very enjoyable. The finish is dry with a lingering hint of dark cocoa. I drink it black, but there are no rules here, friends. You brew you.
