We all love a tasty cup of coffee and patronizing small businesses, but where do you find those local cafes and roasters to support? How do you know if the coffee is good?

Established in 2020, Red Eye Bistro exists to bridge the gap between you and great local coffee by doing the hard parts for you. We find the roasters, sample their coffees, and choose the most exceptional roasts to offer on our website.

All our coffees come from small, specialty roasters across the state of Tennessee. This means richly flavorful coffee and high ethical standards in the supply chain. We send these freshly roasted beans to you anywhere in the USA - including military addresses - to brew your favorite ways at home or work.

We offer you two main options for ordering coffee: a one-time purchase, or a coffee subscription. Subscriptions are delivered on a schedule of your choice: every week, two weeks, or month.
